  • Women Exploring the World (WEW) is a small business led by women. Started in 2021, WEW has continued to grow.

  • To make our group trips more budget friendly we typically have two women share a room in our accommodations, while having their own separate beds.

    Many trips can have the option for women to pay more and have their own room.

    If you know someone coming on the same trip you are welcome to room together. If not, we have a roommate questionnaire to help us better place people together that may be complementary roommates.

  • When traveling with WEW for international trips, we ask that your passport is valid until at least 6 months after your trip date.

    Example: If you trip is in January, your passport needs to be valid until August to be safe.

  • Our goal is to help you have the most safe and joy filled trip possible. We obviously cannot control the weather, anyone’s health or if places we go to have complicated things happening.

    But we work hard to plan things very well to give us the best odds possible of you have your dream trip come true.

    Trip details are subject to change at times, but we will go over and above to keep our word.

  • We ask that women who travel with WEW respect other women on their trip, nationals and the culture which we are visiting. We have all types of women joining us and want everyone to feel welcome.

    We cannot take responsibility for any decisions made by travel team members that go against their Travel Coach’s recommendations, that are illegal or blatantly dangerous.

    We reserve the right to send home any travel team member that partakes in any illegal or dangerous activities.

  • If you must cancel a WEW trip due to an emergency, we will work to get as much of your money back as possible.

    Deposits are non-refundable.

    The rest of your trip payments could be partially refunded in case of an emergency if your name isn’t on any tickets (airplane, train, etc) and we can find someone to take your place on the trip.
